As usual, I received several reminders for the upcoming appointment, I was treated right on time, Lisa did a great job of cleaning my teeth, the other staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and Dr, Cummings did a final once over to look for any potential 'gotchas'. Always a great experience.

Dr Cummings has and continues to provide the best oral professional personal care for me over the years I have been with him I’m older and I still receive compliments on my smile and appearance of my teeth I was having surgery and before going in the anesthesiologist said for me to tell my dentist that he has done a great job on my teeth I know I have the best dentist

I just went in for the first time and was greeted by Nancy by my name. This made me feel like I'd been a patient there for awhile. Then I waited in a cozy room for my hygienist who introduced herself and took me back to her chair. She was very good a thorough in her cleaning. She also did a couple of x-rays. I then met Dr. Cummings whom was very nice.

All staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Cummings is fantastic. Scheduling is always a breeze and timely. Bill/insurance processing is great and takes little to no effort on my part. Parking, location, and office are great. People and setting make you feel like family rather than a customer.

We just moved to the area and are very impressed with this Dentist Practice. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and set at ease! Every staff memeber from the receptionist, dental assistant hygienist to the dentist was amazing! So glad we have chosen this practice to call our family dentist! I recently had an exceptional experience with Dr. Cummings and their staff, and I can honestly say this practice is a solid 10 out of 10. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and reassured. The entire team was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. One of the most impressive aspects was the complete lack of pain throughout the entire procedure. I’ve had my fair share of dental visits, but this was truly different. Dr. Cummings has a gentle, skilled touch and took great care to ensure that I felt no discomfort at any point. They explained each step thoroughly, so I knew what to expect, which really put my mind at ease. Compared to other dental experiences I’ve had, this was by far the best. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was unmatched. They’ve set a new standard for dental care, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Bill for 17 years or so. He inherited a mess when we first met, but straightened that out quickly. His approach is as close to pain free as it gets, and he is always positive and friendly. His staff is also very friendly - they address me by my first name, even though I see them infrequently. I feel “at home” there and would not consider going anywhere else…

My family is new to the practice. So far everything has been great. My husband & son were seen together & they both raved about the wonderful experience. Huge shout out to Nancy who made the paperwork process simple & easy. I would Definitely recommend coming here. Everything is clean & professional. They speak Spanish, an added bonus!

It’s feels so good to have a great dentist again!!! I have seen Doctor Cummings twice so far, each time for something that was not scheduled. Staff got me in the same day one time and two days later the next time. Office is very clean and staff is friendly!! I look forward to having Dr. Cummings as my dentist!!

My first visit was wonderful. I was a bit nervous but the friendliness from the receptionist to the excellent communication skills from the dental assistant but the best is Dr Cummings dry sense of humor while smiling ear to ear. I've moved around alot and have had multiple dentists throughout my life. I have to say, hands-down, Dr. Cummings and the whole team here is amazing. Im very impressed. My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist - we couldn’t be more happy with this office! Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable; the hygienist and the doctor are friendly and efficient. I look forward to returning. The office is clean and cozy on the inside and I was impressed with their 3D teeth scanner.

Today I had a cleaning and X-rays. Lisa my dental hygienist is the greatest! Friendly, caring and knowledgeable . I travel from Maryland to Avondale, PA to get my dental work done and I wouldn’t change . I’m very happy going to Avondale Fsmily Dentistry. Always feel welcomed! I know I’m getting the best care here!

I can’t say enough about the kindness and caring of the staff at Avondale Dentistry! . I was quite scared when I went in needing an extraction, and was immediately taken into the fold and cared for , from being greeted by the receptionist until I walked back out the door. My visit was painless, quick and affordable. I highly recommend them!

This was my first visit to Avondale Dentistry and Dr. Cummings. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of his staff; the visit could not have gone better. Dr Cummings and his staff are the best. They Always will accommodate their patients when they need to see Dr Cummings with a concern. His staff are very professional and always make you feel you’re their No. 1 concern when you’re there for an appointment. I always recommend Dr Cummings if anyone asks about finding a dentist. I live in Maryland and the travel to Avondale is always worth it.

I had a crown pop off over the weekend and they were able to fit me in right away for an emergency visit. Professional, helpful and friendly staff! Dr Cummings is very patient, calming, and proficient! I have been a patient here for years - always a 5 star experience at Avondale Family Dentistry. (And I'm terrified of dental work)

Dr Cummings and the staff fit me in on one day’s notice for a minor chip that occurred over the weekend. I’ll tell you what I told him today after a quick cosmetic bonding: “I love what you do and that you’ve got a gift”. Easy fix, in and out quickly, and great service all around. If you’re looking for a dentist, don’t hesitate; this is the place for you.

Dr. Cummings and his staff run the best dental practice I've ever experienced in my 60+ years. He and his assistants are highly knowledgeable, professional, and personable without exception. The dental care that my family and I have received has been uniformly excellent. The office and rooms are all very clean. The entire building and grounds are well maintained and attractive. The up-to-date equipment is always in good condition. The decor is attractive and calming. They run on time to an amazing extent. I am advised of out of pocket costs when applicable before any more complicated procedures are started. I cannot find any reason to complain about anything I have experienced there.

I went in for a consult today due to my front teeth constantly chipping. Instead of offering to do veneers, Dr. Cummings told me the veneers would, too, chip and the cost to continually fix them would be huge. He could have made a lot if money on me with veneers, but instead he pointed me in the right direction for my specific case. For this reason, I will be back to this office once finished with full orthodontia. Honesty is ALWAYS the best...especially with the cost of cosmetic dentistry.

I have been a patient of Dr.Cummings since 2005, he is an amazing dentist, he is dedicated to his patients. I have logged months in the dentist chair over my 61 years, I have had 5 different dentist in that time, Bill is the best! If you are looking for quality and compassionate dentistry, it is Dr. Bill Cummings. Did I mention that his staff is equally competent and compassionate. A great dental practice.....A++++ Michael

I just love the Avondale Dentistry office !! Dr. Cunningham’s office and staff are the best that I ever experienced!! They always make me feel welcomed and any fears that I have about going to the dentist are always go away as soon as I step into the office. All I can say is this is the best dentist and the best staff. They are truly awesome! Thank you so much for a great experience each time.

I hate going to the dentist. Have put off going for literally a decade because of bad experiences. Dr. Cummings has changed that. He's very good at what he does and his personality is relaxing and comfortable. The office is filled with professional friendly staff. My hygienist Yvette is the best. Great at her job and explains everything very well. Because of my years of neglected car I need extensive work done and I am completely at ease and comfortable getting the work done at Avondale Family Dentistry.
